Whistleblower and Non-Retaliation Policy

The Zep Inc. has adopted a Whistleblower and Non-Retaliation Policy to facilitate disclosures of questionable practices, encourage proper individual conduct and alert the Audit Committee of potential problems before they have serious consequences.

Shareholders, associates and other interested parties may submit complaints or concerns regarding the accuracy of our financial statements, press releases or other public disclosures, accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters as outlined in Contact the Board.
